As I sit down to write this, I find myself reflecting on the past 12 months—a period that has been both challenging and transformative. It feels like just last week that I lost someone very dear to me, a loss that shook me to my core. That heartache led me to dramatically slow down the production of The Calendar Candle. It was a difficult time, and the grief was overwhelming, but it was also a time of deep reflection and growth.
In the months that followed, life continued to throw major events my way, both good and bad. These experiences, while tough, have shaped me in ways I never expected. They pushed me to reflect on who I am, what I want, and where I’m headed. Through this period of intense personal growth, I realized that my passion for candle making is not just a hobby—it's my calling.
One day, something inside me shifted. I found the power, strength, courage, and drive to pour my complete all into The Calendar Candle. It was as if God had been preparing me for this moment, giving me the tools I needed to fully embrace my calling. And now, I know with certainty that this is what I’m meant to do.
I’ve always been shy or afraid to share what I’m truly capable of. But that's part of growing—stepping out of your comfort zone and into your true potential. Now, I’m ready. Ready to share my love, hard work, and creativity with the world.
I can’t wait to take this journey with you, to experience the highs and lows, the joys and challenges, and to share every step of this adventure right here with you. The Calendar Candle is more than just a business; it’s a piece of my heart, and I’m so excited to see where this path leads.
Thank you for being a part of this journey with me.
Warmly,
Brittany Arterberry
